Groups and their members window

Purpose

Use this window to establish report criteria and generate the Groups and Their Members report. Generating the report from this window gives you the most options in flexibility for report content, compared to generating the report from the Select a Report window or from the Report Catalog.

To access this window

Click the Printer icon on the Group Properties window.

Item descriptions

Item Description

Include these groups area
  • All groups
  • Current group only
 Select an option to generate the report for all groups or only the group currently displayed on the Group Properties window.

Include these users area

  • All Users
  • All Active users
  • All inactive users
 Select to generate the report for all employees (active and inactive), only active employees, or only inactive employees.

Output this report to area
  • Screen
  • Printer
  • File

Select to:

  • Send the report to a preview screen.
  • Print the report.
  • Display and select one of the available file types and browse to the location where you want to save the report.
    The available file types are: formatted text file, comma delimited file, Microsoft Excel spreadsheet file, a Microsoft Visual FoxPro database file, or an Adobe PDF file. Once you've selected your file type option, click the ellipsis button () to browse to the location on your computer where you want to save the file.

Run

Generates the report based on your selections.
OK Closes the window.
